Warren Township Youth Services

Warren Township has been committed to  families for over three decades by providing high quality services. Youth and Family Services provides short-term counseling to children and families at little or no cost.
In addition to our two Teen Centers, Youth Services also provides classes for parents, seminars for professionals and groups for children.
The Warren Town Board and I are committed to offering the best staff and programming to our community.
Please let us know if there are specific services or programs that would benefit your family or the community.
Suzanne D. Simpson, Supervisor
The mission of Youth Services is to support and strengthen the youth and families of the township by providing counseling and other programs which foster personal, family and community well being.
Warren Township Youth Services (WTYS) started providing services in 1972, focusing on delinquency, child protection and severe mental health issues. Over the years, the services have continued to expand to include:
  • Counseling services
  • Parenting and youth workshops and groups
  • Legal and financial consultation
  • Bilingual services
  • Gurnee and Park City Teen Centers
… and we are always developing new programs and services based on the needs of the community. If you have questions about services or suggestions, please feel free to contact me.
